Drop-in Meditation

Meditation is being increasingly accepted as a practice that cuts through and soars above cultural and religious barriers, and enables those who pursue it to establish a direct contact with the truth of their being.

In the stillness and silence of meditation, we glimpse and return to that deep inner nature that we have so long ago lost sight of amid the busyness and distraction of our minds. Meditation then, is bringing the mind home.Sogyal Rinpoche

Guided Meditation Drop-in Sessions

A wonderful chance to come and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of our new centre and be introduced to meditation in a supportive environment.

Drop in when you can make it. Cushions and chairs are provided.

A small donation to the centre by attendees is much appreciated.

Sessions every Friday from 6.00 to 6.45 pm.
The last session in 2017 will be held on Friday 22 December.
Sessions will recommence from February 2018.

Note: the door to the Community Centre closes at 5.30 pm and so it is important to arrive before the start time as someone will be at the door to let you in.
